Cayton-on-the-go terms and conditions

SERIES REGISTRATION:

  • Enrollment in an entire class series guarantees your child's spot in class each week.

  • There are no refunds for class series registration.

  • Registration cannot be transferred to other individuals.

  • There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes.

 

CLASS PARTICIPATION:

  • All classes require ONE child to be accompanied by ONE adult, unless indicated as a DROP-OFF class.

  • Classes are limited in size to ensure quality instruction and individual attention. Classes cannot exceed capacity due to fire code safety and quality of classroom experience.

  • Families who wish to bring additional guests or younger siblings (in baby carriers) to a class must email Vanessa Lopez (vlopez@caytonmuseum.org) and/or Marissa Ring (mring@caytonmuseum.org) in advance to see if there is space available.

  • Siblings that are of age and or able to participate in a class must be either registered for the class or a drop-in fee must be paid.

 

DROP-INS:

  • Drop-ins are welcome if space is available on the day of class. Please email Vanessa Lopez (vlopez@caytonmuseum.org) and/or Marissa Ring (mring@caytonmuseum.org) to verify space availability.

  • If a class is full to capacity, drop-ins will not be accepted.

  • Drop-in fees can be applied towards series registration within the first 2 weeks of a session.

OTHER:

  • Toys, snacks, and drinks are not permitted in class.

  • No refunds will be issued for admission, memberships, or programs.
