Cayton Museum Cares
Cayton Cares

Play is
essential.

It is essential for every child, for every family, and for a healthy and strong community.

No one cares more about this than the Cayton Children’s Museum

From our new seasonal festivals to Grandparents Storytime to Sensory Sundays for children with disabilities, we are celebrating our diverse community with a year ahead full of free public programming.  We are also committed to ensuring all children get to experience the wonder of play through our new PLAY4ALL program and our Cayton-on-the-Go program.

Thank You
for Supporting
Cayton Cares!

The CAYTON CARES about our Los Angeles community and these are just a few of the ways we are doing it—but we need your support.

We hope you will make a gift this year-end to support our public programs and community access initiatives in the coming year.

Your contribution can help the Cayton:

Celebrate Diversity

Celebrate the diversity of our Los Angeles community through seasonal festivals and daily programs that honor different cultures, traditions, and values.

Support Programming for Children with Disabilities

Support special programs created specifically for children with disabilities and sensory sensitivities, including exhibit modifications, Sensory Sundays, sensory field trips, art-making, and kits that help make the museum experience more comfortable for children with unique needs.

Share Stories Across Cultures and Generations

Promote Storytelling through our new Visiting Author Storytimes that share unique perspectives of diverse children's authors and our Grandparents Storytime, which is bridging gaps across generations.

Bring Museum Programs into the Community

Bring vital arts programs like our workshops and creativity kits into underserved communities through our Cayton-on-the-Go program.
