    Learn more about Cayton's ticket, reservation, and refund policies. Tickets / Reservations Any and all fees and/or donations paid for museum admission are non-refundable. Tickets are valid for the designated day and time only. Please print your reservation bar code or have your bar code ready on your mobile device when you arrive. Due to our variable admission pricing structure, we may ask to see proof of address/zip code of ticket holders. Capacity is limited. To allow as many guests and families to visit as possible, we ask that guests reserve only tickets they plan to use. Excessive bookings may be subject to cancellation. A limited number of walk-up reservations may be available, but advance reservations are strongly recommended. If you need to reschedule your visit due to illness, please email info@caytonmuseum.org , and we will be happy to rebook you. The Cayton reserves the right to close select exhibits and/or areas of the museum for any reason, without providing refunds or discounts.
